Our four bedroom luxury villa is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, one of the closest to Disney.  No matter how you intend on spending your time in Kissimmee, our location is perfect with Disney and the parks close by.  There are also twelve golf courses catering for all levels of players in the Kissimmee area as well as shops, malls, outlet malls and restaurants that are only a short drive away.

On arrival at our well equipped villa there will be a folder available which will alert you to any activities applicable at the time, important telephone numbers you may need during your stay, information on how the appliances work in the villa, information on how the heating and AC works in the villa, pool rules, tips on all aspects of Florida life to make sure you enjoy your holiday to the full, shopping, addresses and phone numbers of activities, beauty salons, boat tours and rentals, entertainment complexes, parks and gardens, water parks, shopping centers & malls, theme parks, miniature golf courses, golf clubs, museums, theatres, fine dining, sports and restaurants.  You will also receive a 'goody hamper' comprising of day-to-day essentials, alongside some delicious chocolates and sweets.

Guests are required to vacate the property by 11.00am on the day of departure and new guests are able to enter the property from 4.00pm on the day of arrival.
