What a lovely Villa - We recently stayed in this
villa for 2 weeks and it is really as good as it
looks in the advert. The owner Kelly could not
be more helpful and nothing is too much trouble
for her and her local management company. The
Villa is ideally placed for all the
Orlando/Kissimmee theme parks and attractions
and for exploring the rest of Florida. There is
a supermarket and several restaurants just a 3
minute drive away for all your shopping & dining
needs and the villa and the Emerald Island
Resort have everything you could need for a
wonderful holiday. I highly recommend this villa
and I am sure that if you book it you will not
be disappointed.

We had a really great time in your villa.
We
found the the Villa had everything we needed to
make our stay very comfortable. Your
facilities such as having the internet access,
games room, dvd player were just some of those
things that we enjoyed. It was helpful
to have phone numbers for restaurants and theme
park information to hand and all in all we had
such a great time. We would not hesitate to
stay at your Villa again and are trying to plan
our next visit for next year.
The Management Company were very helpful also.
Thanks for being so helpful and efficient, we look
forward to our next visit to Orlando !

Our
spacious Executive 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is
luxurious enough to satisfy even the most discerning
traveller and more than big enough to accommodate a
family of 10.
Our Florida Villa is situated in exclusive Emerald
Island, a new gated resort community which is
located just five minutes drive of Walt Disney
World. Shuttle services are available to the
attractions. There is a clubhouse with a heated
community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre,
clubroom, video games room, and computer room with
internet access. Facilities also include an
outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a
Tikki Hut for drinks and snacks.
The Villa is fully-equipped to a very high standard
to meet all your lodging requirements whilst
on vacation in the Sunshine State. The Kitchen
comes fully equipped with all necessary modern
appliances and plenty of dinnerware for a large
family feast or quick snack. Enjoy your
meal in the formal dining room or breakfast nook,
alternatively you can eat "al fresco" by the pool.
A washer and tumble dryer are available so you can
pack light. Our Villa sleeps up to 10
people.
Our guests can enjoy free, unlimited use of all the
facilities Emerald Island has to offer, whilst
staying in one of our homes.
