Booking within 8 weeks of departure

The full cost of the rental must be paid on booking the villa. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Changing your booking

All changes in bookings are subject to availability and must be done no later than 8 weeks before departure. A £25 / $40 fee will be charged for this service. If the requested dates are not available, the normal cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be given in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks from departure will forfeit the booking fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations after this date. We strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you for this eventuality.

Payment can be accepted in cash, US or UK cheque, or credit card via our paypal account.

Booking Our Homes

If you wish to book any one or more or our homes you can either e-mail or telephone us to confirm your required dates are available. You can then either download a booking form or fill out our online booking form - bookings are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email after clearance of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental rate. The balance will then be required and must be settled 8 weeks before departure.

4 bed Villa with Pool, Spa and Games Room

We are the proud owners of 3 vacation home properties for you to choose from, all located on the wonderful Emerald Island Resort.

Choose from either our 4 bedroom private villa with Pool, Spa and Games Room - our villa sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and has 2 Master Suites (with their own en-suite bathrooms), or one of our 3 bed, 2.5 bath Town homes with lake views. Our Town homes are located right next door to each other - ideal for the larger party that want privacy, but to still be located close to each other.
