Booking within 8 weeks of departure

The full cost of the rental must be paid on booking the villa. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Changing your booking

All changes in bookings are subject to availability and must be done no later than 8 weeks before departure. A £25 / $40 fee will be charged for this service. If the requested dates are not available, the normal cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be given in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks from departure will forfeit the booking fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations after this date. We strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover you for this eventuality.

Payment can be accepted in cash, US or UK cheque, or credit card via our paypal account.

Booking Our Homes

If you wish to book any one or more or our homes you can either e-mail or telephone us to confirm your required dates are available.

You can then either download a booking form or fill out our online booking form - bookings are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email after clearance of a non-refundable deposit of £100/$150 has been received.

The balance will then be required and must be settled 8 weeks before departure.

Rental Rates

We have tried to keep our rates structure as simple as possible, but if you do require any further information we are pleased to answer any queries you have. The rates below are PER WEEK for the WHOLE HOUSE, and not per person, irrespective of the number of guests (up to a maximum of 10).
