Emerald Island Clubhouse is the main "hub" of  the community.  All guests have full use of all amenities which include use of the 4,000 square feet clubhouse including fitness facility and spa with hot tub, sauna, steam room a planned sundry shop, games room, and use of cyber cafe and the tiki hut for drinks.

The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a children’s play area and a tennis court and volley ball. The Clubhouse is very near a nature trail for walking, jogging, or biking.
