The villa was absolutely stunning.The decor,the cleanliness the facilities were all first class.Our two teenage grandsons were blown away with the swimming pool,pool table,and games room. The location is perfect for all the theme parks in and around Orlando also access to the I4 is just minutes away which makes driving around to other areas easy.
Kelly is by far the most thoughtful and concerned owner I have ever dealt with nothing was too much trouble and she wanted to make sure our holiday was as pleasurable and relaxing as possible. I would recommend this property and location to all of my friends without hesitation.

Our stay in this beautiful villa was everything we expected. The description given was spot on regarding location,layout facilities etc. Close to all the main theme parks. Just a five minute drive away there was a supermarket and a variety of restaurants. The villa itself was immaculate and the owner provided us with great customer service,over and above what is expected. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends and family and if we return to Orlando I have no hesitation in where we will be staying. A wonderful villa and a wonderful holiday.

This was our first holiday to Florida and the first time we had booked direct with an owner rather than a package holiday. We nearly opted to stay in a Disney Hotel and how glad are we that we didn't.

We booked Kelly's villa for 3 weeks (myself, my wife and two children aged 10 & 5) and even before we had confirmed the booking Kelly was very approachable, friendly and generally put our mind at rest.

We had no problem finding the villa from the airport and our first impressions were fantastic. The villa was very comfortable and it didn't take long for it to feel like home. The free intnl calls and computer with wifi were a bonus and we used them several times. The kids loved the games room and swimming pool and we had everything we possibly could have needed, even a cool bag with freezer blocks! It was an absolute pleasure to come back to your own home from home after a long day at the parks and relax. I don't think I'll ever want to stay in a hotel in Florida now that I have rented a villa, and this one was spot on.

The location of the villa was perfect, in our opinion. We were minutes from Highway 192 and loads of restaurants.The nearest large supermarket is a Super Target which is on 192 and is just over a 5 minute drive. There is a big Walmart on highway 27 which is approx 10-15 minute drive. Disney is around 10 minutes depending on traffic, Seaworld around 15-20 minutes and Universal approx 20-25. Everything was very accessible and easy to get to.

Emerald Island is kept very clean and tidy. Grassed areas, flowers and shubbery are well maintained and the gated security meant that we always felt safe. The clubhouse has a gym and a small communal pool (neither of which we used) but we did go for a drink one Saturday night when the disco was on. All the staff were very friendly.

Kelly, the owner, is very attentive and does all she can to ensure that your stay is memorable and hassle free. She even called us the day after a particularly bad storm to ensure we were all o.k. As it turned out the storm had just missed us. Thank you Kelly for letting us stay in your villa and for all your assistance before, during and after our vacation.

We would have no hesitation in recommending both Kelly and her villa to any potential renters.

We have just returned from our holiday at your lovely villa. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the setting was perfect. The gated security gave peace of mind and we found the resort extremely well maintained. Central Kissimmee is at the end of the road and the well-stocked Winn Dixie supermarket was just minutes away and very cheap.
The villa itself was very clean and our teenagers loved the games room and free wifi! Having access to the internet was really useful for checking flight details, park opening times and attraction addresses to put into sat nav which opened up a lot of other attractions besides the usual Disney and Universal.
Kelly was lovely to deal with and very helpful. We've told all of our friends that they need to come and stay here and not confine themselves to hotel rooms!

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Kelly's lovely villa. Everything was exactly as we had hoped and the villa definitely lived up to its description and all the previous, very positive comments from former guests.

The villa is spacious, immaculately clean, very well furnished and equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and very welcome after a long, hot day at the parks. Our teenage children also enjoyed the pool table in the games room - and the internet connection allowing them to stay in touch with their friends!

I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others - its the best we have stayed in.

Everything was spot on, Kelly the owner is a lovely lady and couldnt do enought to help us.  THe area is spot on to everything you need to get to and far away enough if you want to chill out for a day. Would recommend to anyone going. Fantastic!

We have stayed at this villa in Emerald Island on a couple of occasions and have always found the home to be very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We have found the owner extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Any minor problems we encountered on our holiday were immediately dealt with and rectified by the Management Company or the owner herself. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa, which is situated in an ideal location, and recommending to family and friends. Great having the computer to access the internet as well.

Kelly just to say our family so enjoyed your home, the attention to detail was superb. We loved the large pool and made good use of the child safety fence due to our toddler we had peace of mind. The lego and toys for the children saved us buying toys and they loved the fairy castle and took it to the bedroom each night. Close to shops and so very close to Disney with ample cheap restaurants which we used even for breakfast. The villa is very spacious and very well specced and I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We had an extra weeks stay in orlando due to the Volcanic Ash, I emailed lots of people to find a place to stay as our property was rented out to an american family and we had to check out, Kelly was absolutely wonderful to deal with, she got back to me very quickly and the move to Emerald Island from Winsor Hills only took a few minutes. The Home has every conceivable thing you could need for a brilliant stay, we only wished we had booked this home for the 3 previous weeks we were there, we would not hesitate to stay here again and again and again, you get the drift!!! Thanks Kelly for all your help at what was a stressful time, your home certainly chilled us out.

Our family just returned from a fabulous week at this top notch villa. We had wonderful accommodations!

The home is close to everything you need - a five minute drive to the front gates of all of the theme parks, grocery stores, and most importantly - a TARGET store.

We highly recommend this villa, as well as the Emerald Island Resort community!

The villa made the holiday as it was clean, tidy and fully equiped with all the latest mod cons including games room with proper pool table, numerous games to play on the play station and the fuzball game. Pool was clean and is a good size with plenty of area to sit around the pool. Keyless entry was a bonus and no worries about loosing the key during the frantic rides and spills at Disney. Shops a short ride away or even a trip on the bikes supplied was fun and gave a bit of excersise. We will be trying to arrange another visit to this villa in 2010, thanks for it living up to the advertised reputatio.

Accommodation was excellent, all mod. cons., plus games room and pool which the children, 8, 6 & 4, really enjoyed. Ideal locatiion as really near Disney World, local shops and restaurants. Free internet & phone calls was also very welcome and Kelly the owner made everything very easy for us.

The 4 bed villa is perfectly situated, 30 odd minutes from Orlando International airport and a breeze to find, even after a 12 hour flight. The resort of Emeral Island is very well maintained, clean and quiet while we were there (Late August/September). The villa was very well maintained, plenty of space for the girls to play and they loved the pool/jwhirlpool. We would definitley book again, the position is literally 15 minutes from the main Disney resorts on a bad day, it's so convenient and there are ample shops for essentials and restaurants close by. The Club house offers a nice distraction, although it was quiet while we were there (not a complaint at all!).

I am writing this review to let everyone know what a wonderful time we had staying at this villa. The villa had everything we expected and more.The villa is located close to the 192 highway which gives you easy access to all the theme parks. Free internet and telephone calls home added to the luxury. I would like to thank kelly the owner for making this a holiday i will never forget .If i ever come back this is were i will be staying .I will certainly be recommending this villa to all my friends and family once again thanks for the 2 weeks of luxury.

Everything was perfect!!! The property was very clean and safe for everyone. Kelly was fantastic. She made sure that we are happy during our stay. she tried to accommodate everything for us. The pool was clean. We wished we had spent more time in the pool. Many restaurants to choose from in the area. We would highly recommend this property to any age group.

This villa helped make all of our expectations and dreams for our holiday in Orlando become reality.First of all the location in Emerald Island is fantastic to base yourself at as it is so close to all the parks and outlet malls.The villa itself is beautifully furnished and really felt like home from home.With the pool,games room and wifi our young boy was always kept amused and it was a great place to relax for the day when we were exhausted from days at parks and shopping.Kelly was great to deal with and any questions before we arrived and also during our stay she was happy and very quick to deal with.I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Orlando with a family,you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better!!!!! Absolutely brilliant!!!!!

We rented the villa for our first family vacation to Disney. We have a 5, 3 and 1 year old, the home was wonderful. It was very clean. Kelly was extremely helpful and easy to work with. This home is only about a 5min drive to Disney! It was nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the park. Emerald Island Estates is very quiet and beautiful development. We would definetly rent this home the next time we come to Disney!

We recently stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and it is really as good as it looks in the advert.

The owner Kelly could not be more helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her and her local management company.

The Villa is ideally placed for all the Orlando/Kissimmee theme parks and attractions and for exploring the rest of Florida.

There is a supermarket and several restaurants just a 3 minute drive away for all your shopping & dining needs and the villa and the Emerald Island Resort have everything you could need for a wonderful holiday.

I highly recommend this villa and I am sure that if you book it you will not be disappointed.
